Kelly Cates, Office Manager

Kelly has over 18 years of experience with anything and everything that has to do with running a dental practice. From explaining and scheduling treatment to billing and maximizing patients’ insurance benefits, Kelly can do it all. If you have questions, comments, or concerns, Kelly will help you get the answers you need.

A wife and mother of 2 precious girls, Kelly stays pretty busy, but when she can, she tries to find time to go 4 wheelin’ with family and friends!

Chelsey Longnecker, Dental Hygienist

Chelsey has been working as a dental hygienist since 2013 and believes it is her true calling. Originally from El Paso, TX, she attended Texas State University and was also awarded a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing before returning to school to study dental hygiene. She is passionate about helping people, and she strives to make your visit to the dentist a positive experience. Chelsey loves the preventive aspect of dental hygiene and working with patients of all ages to get them excited about their oral health. In her free time, Chelsey enjoys spending time with her dog, Abbey, being outdoors, and traveling.

Erica Sims, Dental Hygienist

Erica was born in a small town in West Texas, and she was raised in her family’s restaurant where she learned all about hard work and customer service. Most importantly, she learned how we are put on this Earth to serve one another. She loves being a hygienist! She believes that a person’s smile can change lives including their own. Erica most enjoys cheering on her patients not only in their dental care but also in their own life journey. When not in the office you can find her teaching her two boys, enjoying life with my husband of 13 years, or cuddled up with their dogs, Bear and Ino. Her hobbies include reading, art, photography, and watching movies, especially classics.

Elaine Hemby Macias, Dental Hygienist

Elaine has been in dentistry since 1996 as an assistant and a Dental Hygienist since 2001. She began her college education studying Education, but after her first ever dental visit when she was 22 years old she found her true calling in dentistry. Elaine credits strong caring mentors for her compassion and customer service.  Elaine enjoys educating herself outside of just cleanings, she is passionate about dental health as it relates to overall health especially occlusion, sleep disorders, and oral cancer. When not serving patients, you can find Elaine volunteering, watching sports and drinking entirely too much coffee. She is a self proclaimed recovering crazy sports mom with her two children retiring their cleats for AggieLand. At home she enjoys spending time with her husband and yorkie.

Renate Edwards, Insurance Coordinator

Renate is originally from Germany. She moved to the US in 1992 with her husband and daughter. She loves to spend time with her two granddaughters and grandson (who call her Oma!). On weekends, you can find Renate riding her Harley through the beautiful Texas Hill Country.

Brooke Duvall, Dental Assistant

Brooke’s love for dentistry and patient care radiates from her bubbly, sweet self.  She grew up in Belton, Texas, and she is a proud Texan. She has been a dental assistant since 2013 and previously managed an orthodontic practice.

When she’s not at the office, Brooke soaks up time with her amazing kids, Jackson and Presley.  She also enjoys fishing, country music (a true Texan here!), country dancing, and just about anything outdoors. We are thankful to have Brooke’s experience and kind heart as a part of our team. You can tell her “Howdy” at your next dental appointment!
